Sharing Photos of your Garden and Deck this Summer

wood arborNow that gardening season is in full swing, take some time to show off your budding blooms, freshly mulched beds, and perfect lawns. With today's easy-to-use digital cameras, gardeners everywhere are turning into garden photographers. It's virtually impossible to take a bad picture!

Zoom in on flowers or foiliage, or step back to capture garden paths, sitting spots, and borders. Once you've got those pictures on your computer, upload them to a photo sharing service like Shutterfly. With Shutterfly, you can email friends a link to a unique web page where they can view albums of your photos, add comments, and even order prints if they want.

Photo sharing is also a good way to chronicle those massive garden projects we all get into this time of year. Photos of a new arbor, fence, shed, and deck building work parties are always fun to pass around. When you do it online, it's even easier.
