Arbor Day is celebrated in many countries at different, but right around now is the the time. Last Friday was Arbor Day in most UST States. This weekend we are celebrating the event in the City of Surrey in British Columbia.
If you are looking for Arbor Day activities in this neck of the woods then Unwin Park is the place to be. Here is a partial list of what is going on:
- Plant a tree and get a free BBQ lunch, for the first 150 people…there has to be catch
- Ride in a bucket truck to the top of a tree
- Have your face painted
- Bounce in a bouncy castle
