Most sprinkler systems have automatic timers that enable you too walk away knowing that your lawn will be water as needed. However, there are many different types of sprinkler heads, and each serves a different function. Some models cater to very specific watering needs, so in order to make an informed purchase, you need to be aware of the different types and how they accomplish their jobs.
One system that is available is the spray system. This type consists of buried tubing that feeds to sprinkler heads. These heads can either be buried or positioned permanently above ground. In the case of the buried system, the water pressure forces up the head, which then disperses its water over a prescribed area.
